What are SmartSenses Smart Glasses?

SmartSenses sind KI-Brillen, die ganz normal aussehen – aber Kamera, Open-Ear-Audio und einen KI-Assistenten mit Echtzeit-Übersetzung integrieren. Du fotografierst, filmst, telefonierst, hörst Musik und übersetzt Gespräche, ohne zum Smartphone zu greifen. Je nach Modell mit klaren, getönten, photochromen oder Anti-Blaulicht-Gläsern.

How does AI real-time translation work?

The glasses pick up speech and translate it into over 100 languages via the AI assistant (model-dependent). You hear the translation through the open-ear speakers. Most functions require an internet connection via your paired smartphone; individual models offer offline modes.

Do I need an app?

Yes. The glasses connect via Bluetooth to the manufacturer's app (e.g., HeyCyan or AIREC, depending on the model) on iOS and Android. There, you manage photos/videos, translation, transcription, and settings.

Can I have my vision corrected?

The lenses are interchangeable; glazing with your prescription is possible for many models via an optician. We currently supply with standard lenses (clear, tinted or photochromic). Contact us – we will advise you on the right model.

How long does the battery last?

Are the glasses waterproof?

Several models are splash-proof or sweat-proof (e.g., IP54, IP65) — ideal for commuting and sports. They are not "waterproof" in the sense of being suitable for swimming. The exact protection class is listed in the specifications.

What about data protection and privacy?

Recordings are only made if you actively start them; many models show an LED recording light. Recordings are stored on the glasses or in the app on your device. Please observe the legal rules regarding recordings of people in your country. For more discretion, we offer Privacy-Dots.

How long does the delivery take?

Our devices are shipped directly from the manufacturing partner. Delivery usually takes 10–20 days. We believe in honest communication — once we switch to in-house warehousing, these times will be shortened.

Wie viel kostet der Versand?

Shipping is currently free within the entire EU.

What payment methods are available?

In the checkout process, you will see all available methods (including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay — depending on availability). All prices include VAT.

Fallen Zollgebühren oder Einfuhrabgaben an?

For deliveries within the EU, you will not incur any additional customs or import fees — no hidden costs upon delivery. VAT is included in the price shown.

Can I return it?

Yes. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. Details and the procedure can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

Gibt es eine Garantie?

Statutory warranty rights apply. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt—we will arrange a replacement or refund.
